Thousands of England fans are expected to follow the football team to South Africa when it plays in the FIFA World Cup finals, but there are many other opportunities for a sporting holiday over the next few months.
The England cricket team will also be in South Africa over Christmas and New Year. Sport Abroad has several holiday packages for those who want to see the Test matches, including some special Christmas and New Year holidays.

You can follow the England rugby team in the Six Nations tours in Italy and France next February and March. Matches will be played in some of the most exciting cities for a holiday, including Rome and Paris.
